Cala Mariolu

Cala Mariolu, located along the eastern coast of Sardinia, Italy, is a strikingly beautiful beach known for its unique landscape and sense of privacy and adventure. It is accessible only by boat or hiking trails, ensuring a personal experience of its natural beauty. The beach is framed by rugged cliffs and lush greenery, offering amazing views from every angle. The ocean at Cala Mariolu is usually very calm, making it easy to relax in the water. The beach is best visited early in the morning during summer to avoid crowds, and it's recommended to look for days with little to no wind blowing from behind the beach towards the water. The Mediterranean is much calmer from June through October, which is the best time of year to visit Cala Mariolu. There is a maximum of 700 people allowed on the beach at one time, strictly controlled by staff on site.
